Yoga parties are also great events for birthday parties and wedding showers. We can even recommend healthy drinks and snacks to serve for your guests after the yoga party. Children's ClassesYoga teaches children movement, balance, and concentration skills. Your little yogis will learn yoga poses to stretch and strengthen the body. We play games to encourage concentration and breath awareness, do relaxation exercises to calm the body and mind, and enjoy activities to develop coordination.
